One of the most popular classes offered across the country by a network of ITIs is the electrician trade under CTS. The course lasts for two years or four semesters. It is mostly made up of the Domain area and the Core area.
In the Domain area (Trade Theory and Practical), you’ll learn professional skills and facts. In the Core area (Workshop Calculation and Science, Engineering Drawing, and Employability Skills), you’ll learn the basic skills, facts, and life skills you need.
The trainee gets a National Trade Certificate (NTC) from NCVT when they finish the training course. This certificate is recognized all over the world.
The ITI Electrician skill program usually includes both classroom-based learning and hands-on project-based learning.
After finishing this program, students can work as electricians in a variety of fields, such as manufacturing, building, maintenance, and repair services. They can work as electrical assistants, maintenance electricians, or installation workers, or they can go to school and specialize in areas like electronics, renewable energy, or industrial automation.
It’s important to keep in mind that the ITI Electrician trade may have a different curriculum and cover different themes depending on the school and the area.
